  • Identify prospective members, corporate membership opportunities and suitable market segments to support sustainable membership growth.

  • Build relationships with business leaders, professional networks, corporate organisations and high-net-worth prospects.

  • Develop membership campaigns, referral initiatives and targeted sales programmes in collaboration with Marketing and Membership Services.

  • Support membership initiatives that contribute to the Club’s long-term financial sustainability and development objectives.

  • Work with the Events and F&B teams to deliver commercially competitive proposals while maintaining SICC’s service standards.

3. Corporate Golf & Tournament Business
  • Develop corporate golf packages, client entertainment programmes, golf days and business networking events.

  • Secure corporate bookings for golf tournaments, charity events, product launches and sponsored competitions.

  • Establish relationships with multinational corporations, local enterprises, banks, professional firms and business associations.

  • Develop recurring corporate accounts and long-term partnerships to generate repeat business.

  • Coordinate with Golf Operations and relevant departments to ensure commercial commitments align with course capacity, operational requirements and the member experience.

4. Sponsorship, Advertising & Commercial Partnerships

  • Create sponsorship proposals, advertising packages and partnership opportunities tailored to prospective commercial partners.

  • Identify opportunities for brand activations, event sponsorships, signage, digital promotions and strategic collaborations.

  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting and proposal development through negotiation, contracting, delivery and renewal.

  • Build a strong portfolio of long‑term sponsors and commercial partners while ensuring all arrangements comply with Club policies and brand standards.

5. Sporting Facilities & Club-Wide Sales
  • Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue from the Club’s sporting and recreational facilities, including tennis, squash, bowling, swimming, fitness and other approved activities.

  • Develop corporate sports programmes, group bookings, recreational packages and suitable third‑party partnerships.

  • Work with operational departments to identify underutilised facilities, new customer segments and additional revenue opportunities.

  • Explore cross‑selling opportunities across golf, F&B, events and sporting facilities to increase overall customer spend and utilisation.

6. Strategic Business Development
  • Develop an annual sales and business development plan aligned with the Club’s strategic and financial objectives.

  • Research market trends, competitor offerings, customer needs and emerging commercial opportunities within Singapore’s premium hospitality, golf and private club sectors.

  • Establish strategic relationships with tourism bodies, luxury hotels, destination golf resorts, event organisers, travel partners and relevant industry associations.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, customer database, activity reports and forward booking forecasts.

  • Monitor sales performance against budget, identify gaps and implement corrective measures.

  • Prepare regular management reports covering revenue, pipeline opportunities, conversion rates, account development and market performance.
