THIRTEEN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY is recruiting on behalf of a leading multidisciplinary specialist medical centre in Novena, Singapore for a Senior Sales Executive. You will drive new client acquisition, build strategic partnerships and manage corporate relationships to grow revenue.

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven professional with 3+ years in sales or business development, preferably with healthcare or wellness exposure and strong networking within corporate/insurance sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and new business generation.
• Strong prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented.
• Experience in healthcare, medical, insurance or wellness is highly advantageous.
• Existing corporate, healthcare or HNWI networks will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading multidisciplinary specialist medical centre located in Novena, Singapore. As the business continues to grow its corporate and premium healthcare offerings, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with strong client acquisition and business development capabilities to join the team.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, developing corporate relationships and building strategic partnerships that contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acquire new clients through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals and outreach
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets
