Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an IAM engineer to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) cybersecurity engineering activities and projects.

You will manage SailPoint IdentityIQ for IAM processes and contribute to design and implementation, especially for application automation on SailPoint IIQ. The role requires hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (including Life Cycle Manager and Compliance Manager), identity workflows, and troubleshooting IAM systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Proven experience implementing, configuring, and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ (LCM and CM).
• Experience developing and maintaining identity workflows, certification campaigns, and policies.
• Ability to integrate new applications into the IAM system.
• Experience troubleshooting IAM systems and processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security and integrity.
• Develop and execute test plans; strong WebService connector knowledge.
• Document IAM processes and systems.
• Onboard business applications to SailPoint IIQ.
• Document solution designs and SOPs; provide knowledge transfer to operations.

Summary :

The successful candidate will be supporting Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) cybersecurity engineering activities and project initiatives. The individual will be responsible for managing the SailPoint Identity IQ application for the organization's IAM processes. He/she will be involved in all aspects of identity management, from design and implementation specifically for Application Automation on Sailpoint

Skillset(Must have):

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ, including Life Cycle Manager (LCM) and Compliance Manager (CM).
• Experience in developing and maintaining identity workflows, roles, certification campaigns, and policies.
• Ability to integrate new applications and systems into the identity management system.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the Identity Access Management (IAM) system and processes.
• Able to collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of the system.
• Experience in the development and execution of test plans and scenarios, with a strong understanding of WebService connector.
• Familiarity with documenting all processes and systems related to the IAM system.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding business applications to SailPoint IIQ.
• Ability to document solution design, Standard Operating Procedures, and provide knowledge transition to operations and support teams.
• Able to provide guidance to support team on resolving technical issues and incidents.
• Agile, fast learner, and able to adapt to changes.
• Good team player, with strong analytical skills and enjoy complex problem-solving.

Skillset (Good to have):

• Experience with SailPoint's IdentityNow.
• SailPoint certifications are preferred
