Job summary

Hexadius Consulting Pte Ltd, a security-focused IAM expert in APAC, seeks a SailPoint Consultant to design and implement identity governance solutions for enterprise clients.

You will work on SailPoint IIQ, integrate with AD/LDAP/SAP and HR systems, and deliver scalable workflows while ensuring security and compliance.

This role requires hands-on IAM experience and strong SQL/Java scripting skills; candidates with SailPoint certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in IAM and identity governance.
• Hands-on SailPoint IIQ implementation experience.
• Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP, JDBC, SCIM).
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Java, BeanShell, SQL, XML).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy SailPoint solutions across client environments.
• Configure IIQ modules: Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Certifications, RBAC, Provisioning & Deprovisioning workflows.
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems (AD, LDAP, SAP, HRMS, cloud platforms).
• Develop and customize workflows, rules, connectors, and reports.

Hexadius is seeking a skilled SailPoint Consultant to design, implement, and support identity governance solutions for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ, strong technical expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Delivery

• Design, develop, and deploy SailPoint solutions across client environments
• Configure core IIQ modules including: Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Certifications, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Provisioning & Deprovisioning workflows
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems (AD, LDAP, SAP, HRMS, cloud platforms)
• Develop and customize workflows, rules, connectors, and reports

Technical Consulting

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Provide solution architecture aligned with identity governance best practices
• Perform technical design, solution documentation, and knowledge transfer

Operations & Support

• Troubleshoot identity provisioning issues and system performance challenges
• Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements of SailPoint IIQ
• Ensure platform stability, security, and compliance

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint implementation
• Strong understanding of: Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts, Access control models (RBAC, ABAC)
• Experience with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, SCIM)
• Solid programming/scripting skills (Java, BeanShell, SQL, XML)
• Experience integrating with systems such as: Active Directory / Azure ADSAP / Oracle applications, HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors)
• Familiarity with application onboarding and connector development

Candidates with SailPoint certifications will be preferred.
