Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an IAM engineer to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) cybersecurity engineering activities and projects.

You will manage SailPoint IdentityIQ for IAM processes and contribute to design and implementation, especially for application automation on SailPoint IIQ. The role requires hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (including Life Cycle Manager and Compliance Manager), identity workflows, and troubleshooting IAM systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Proven experience implementing, configuring, and managing SailPoint IdentityIQ (LCM and CM).
• Experience developing and maintaining identity workflows, certification campaigns, and policies.
• Ability to integrate new applications into the IAM system.
• Experience troubleshooting IAM systems and processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security and integrity.
• Develop and execute test plans; strong WebService connector knowledge.
• Document IAM processes and systems.
• Onboard business applications to SailPoint IIQ.
• Document solution designs and SOPs; provide knowledge transfer to operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage SailPoint IdentityIQ IAM processes and workflows.
• Support identity governance engineering activities and project initiatives.
• Onboard applications to SailPoint IIQ and maintain access certifications.
• Develop/test IAM related workflows and policies; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system security and integrity.
