Job summary

Singapore One Rail is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead Senior/Assistant Engineers and Technicians inPreventive and Corrective Maintenance of Electric Trains and related equipment. You will ensure compliance with safety, procedures and standards while coordinating tasks and maintaining budget.

The role requires a recognised engineering degree and 2+ years in a railway environment; fresh graduates may apply, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics from a reputable university.
• Good interpersonal, management and communication skills.
• Fresh graduates may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to carry out Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance on Electric Trains/Engineering Vehicles/Components to meet daily production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with CM and PM works, quality procedures, safety and operational procedures.
• Plan and coordinate within teams to complete maintenance tasks within standard time.
• Ensure teams have necessary qualifications and authorization for daily and assigned tasks.
• Attend necessary skills courses to carry out maintenance tasks.
• Maintain safety, welfare and discipline of the teams.
• Maintain equipment/tools and working environment.
• Forecast and plan resources needed to complete tasks timely.
• Develop and maintain the section budget.
• Investigate safety incidents and ensure proper actions are taken.
