NCS is seeking a Senior Project Manager, to lead medium-scale IT/Engineering projects across the APAC region, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality. You will liaise with users, managers, and architects to define plans, milestones, and risk management strategies.

Responsibilities include daily team cadence, change control, vendor and client management, and coordination of hardware, software, testing, and data migration. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Formación

• 6+ years of IT/Engineering project management experience.
• Experience delivering engineering/IT projects across organizations.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and document requirements by liaising with users and managers.
• Establish and prepare project plans, risk management plans, milestones and deliverables.
• Develop high cadence within the project team with daily stand-ups and action tracking.
• Manage project execution regarding schedules, budget, manpower and quality.
• Define scope and change control; escalate overruns and integration issues.
• Coordinate hardware, software installation, testing, data migration and process reviews.
• Monitor interdependent activities to meet overall deadlines; ensure on-time delivery.
