Job summary

Hytech is seeking a highly analytical leader to build and own the Group Enterprise Risk Intelligence Platform, integrating risk across trading, technology and operations to form a unified Control Tower.

You will drive AI and automation to proactively identify abnormal behaviours, prevent incidents, and enhance operational resilience across the full trading lifecycle through data intelligence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Trading Operations, Risk Monitoring, Trading Technology, or Operational Risk within financial services or fintech.
Experience building or leading enterprise-wide monitoring frameworks, risk control mechanisms, or operational monitoring platforms.
Strong systems thinking connecting business processes, technology and data into scalable monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the company's end-to-end risk monitoring strategy and establish a unified monitoring framework across trading, system, configuration, and operational risks.
Design monitoring methodologies, KRIs, alert thresholds, escalation mechanisms, and response workflows to improve risk visibility.
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Risk, Dealing, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product to standardize monitoring ownership and governance.
Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve alert quality, reduce false positives, and enable intelligent risk detection and monitoring.
Continuously optimize monitoring coverage, data quality, and operational processes through data analysis, system enhancements, and best practices.
