Responsibilities

• Own and oversee Organizational Risk Management processes for reporting to Management.
• Develop, review and maintain risk management tools and frameworks.
• Coordinate Risk Committee and Operational Risk Committee activities.
• Ensure MAS outsourcing guidelines are complied with in risk processes.
• Support BCM, BIA/BCP activities and cross‑functional risk reporting.
• Engage business units to identify risks, controls, and mitigation plans.
