Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore seeks an experienced Risk & Governance professional to strengthen Card Operations by enhancing risk and control frameworks, governance, and onboarding controls.

The role spans risk assessment, control testing, SOP maintenance, and coordination across Compliance, IT, Risk, and Operations. Candidates should have banking operations experience and a strong risk mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services is essential.
• Experience in operations, risk management, governance, audit, compliance, process review, or control testing.
• Strong documentation and writing skills for SOPs, audit responses, and governance papers.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of risk and governance framework within Card Operations.
• Identify operational risks, control gaps, and process weaknesses across card operations.
• Review processes to ensure alignment with policies, regulatory requirements, and risk standards.
• Support RCSA activities including risk identification, control testing, and issue tracking.
• Monitor risk events, incidents, and remediation actions.
• Assist in preparing risk updates, governance reports, and control documentation.
• Review onboarding workflows to identify gaps in data capture, verification, and fulfilment.
• Support initiatives to improve onboarding controls and straight-through processing.
