Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach for a full-time position. The role requires coaching across age groups, planning structured sessions, and developing routines within our curriculum.

The coach will work six days a week, with a total of 42 hours, and will train gymnasts using hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. Training emphasizes technique, discipline and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant rhythmic gymnastics coaching experience.
• Knowledge of rhythmic gymnastics techniques and apparatus handling.
• Comfortable coaching across different age groups and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct structured rhythmic gymnastics training sessions based on the academy's curriculum and coaching framework.
• Teach correct techniques for body elements, flexibility, coordination and apparatus handling.
• Coach gymnasts in the use of hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon.
• Develop and teach choreography, routines and performance sequences.
• Adapt coaching methods according to age group, ability and training level.
• Coach recreational, developmental and competitive gymnasts as assigned.
