Job summary

Maxlinear Asia Singapore Private Limited is hiring for a senior role to develop ATE test solutions for RF SoCs used in wireless, data compression, and 100/400G optics. You will interface with Design and DFT teams to craft test plans and design device interface boards for characterization and production.

Responsibilities include optimizing test time and yield, building correlated production DIBs for offshore sites, and addressing early and mass production issues while collaborating with Product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or higher.
• 15+ years related experience or MS 10+ years or PhD 5+ years in related field.
• Experience with VB/C/C++/LabVIEW and automation scripting tools.
• Familiarity with RF principles and high-speed test environments.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop ATE test solutions for RF SoC ICs for wireless, data compression and 100/400G optics.
• Interface with Design and DFT teams to develop and present test plans.
• Design and debug device interface boards and test programs for characterization and production
• Partner with Product Engineering for product characterization and reliability testing.
• Optimize test time and yield of final test program before production release.
• Build multiple sets of correlated production DIBs and transfer to offshore manufacturing sites
• Resolve early production and mass production issues.
• Provide ongoing support for test program enhancements to ensure quality and throughput
• Work with cross-functional teams on failure analysis and corrective actions
