Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the HK Recruitment accounting function, including month end closing, statutory audits, management reporting, and annual budgeting. The role collaborates with SSC, APAC finance, and country teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements across APAC OpCo's.

The role requires strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide insightful analysis and timely responses to stakeholders."

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification preferred.
• 5+ years experience in fast-paced commercial environment or complex MNC.
• Experience with TM1 and Pronto a plus.
• Experience in supporting external audit.
• Experience in month end closing.
• Business English proficiency in writing, reading and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Month End Closing & Reporting: manage HK Recruitment month end closing and produce reliable reports.
• Compliance: support audits and tax computations, strengthen internal controls.
• Operations & Accounting: advise SSC on accounting operations and engage with Treasury/BI on reporting.
• Annual Budget: collaborate to deliver annual PnL budget.
