Job summary

Sephora SEA is seeking a Regional Assistant Manager, Visual Merchandising to uphold Sephora Collection standards across SEA region, including Singapore. You will lead regional VM planning, partner with country teams, and drive in-store concepts and fixture displays to deliver brand goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, design or store projects management.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Fluent Mandarin is a bonus as main vendor is based in China.
Degree/Diploma in design, arts and/or retail merchandising.
Regional experience preferred and strong stakeholder communication.
Able to manage projects independently with proven results.

Responsibilities

Drive Sephora Collection’s Regional Visual Merchandising execution across the region.
Manage planograms from planning to deployment for all SEA countries.
Oversee fixture updates and in-store execution with country teams and vendors.
Support store openings and ensure regional guidelines are followed.
