Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in mechanical or electrical building services.
• At least 15 years on large, complex building projects.
• Degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.
• Preferred accreditation as Registered Resident Engineer with IES.
• Experience in contract administration under PSSCOC.
• Strong governance for multi-disciplinary integration and interface management.
