Job summary

LightSpeed Studios is a leading global game developer focusing on next-generation experiences across genres and devices. The Lightspeed Tech Center conducts R&D to support PUBG Mobile and other games, driving engine, audio, QA, AI, and cooperation work throughout the game life cycle.

The team develops agents based on large language models and integrates them into live environments, balancing latency, cost, and player experience.

Qualifications

• Familiar with machine learning foundations, with a strong understanding of statistical models and experience working on NLP-related projects.
• Proficient in at least one programming language, familiar with basic data structures and algorithms.
• Publication of academic results in top-tier conferences in AI and NLP-related fields is preferred.

The Lightspeed Tech Center is an R&D department under Lightspeed Studios that develops PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games, leading research and providing technical services throughout the game life cycle including engine, audio, QA, AI, next-generation game work, and technical cooperation.
