Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in research, insights, or thought leadership role.
• Experience in Financial services industry or related field.
• Commercial Real Estate industry experience desirable but not mandatory.
• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering research that influences business strategy.
• Strong presentation skills with experience addressing senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class research, content and insights supporting JLL's Work Dynamics and clients with focus on financial services.
• Analyze data to identify trends and create narratives for stakeholders and media.
• Write reports on real estate trends and develop engaging PowerPoint presentations.
• Ensure deliverables align with business strategy and global research programmes.
• Contribute to industry thought leadership positioning JLL as a market leader.
• Engage with clients and prospects, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Present findings to senior internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Manage relationships with Work Dynamics leaders.
• Support client-facing activities that differentiate JLL in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to support growth initiatives.
