You will partner with regional leaders, analyze macro and occupier trends, and craft narratives for executives and media while delivering high-quality, strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in research, insights, or thought leadership role.
• Experience in Financial services industry or related field.
• Commercial Real Estate industry experience desirable but not mandatory.
• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering research that influences business strategy.
• Strong presentation skills with experience addressing senior audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Thought Leadership

• Deliver best-in-class research, content and insights supporting JLL's Work Dynamics business and clients with special focus on financial services sector
• Analyze data to identify key trends and create compelling narratives for business stakeholders, clients and media
• Write reports on real estate trends and develop engaging PowerPoint presentations that tell coherent stories
• Ensure all deliverables align with business strategy and global research programmes
• Contribute to industry thought leadership positioning JLL as a market leader

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage directly with clients and prospects, providing analysis, strategic insights and recommendations
• Present findings and recommendations to senior internal stakeholders and external clients

Collaboration & Strategy
