Job summary

Argus Media Singapore Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Manager to lead and deliver consulting projects across Asia‑Pacific and the Middle East, mentoring junior staff and working with the global Argus consulting network to produce client-ready insights.

You will guide project delivery, develop tools and methodologies, and engage directly with clients to ensure high-quality outcomes and timely delivery, while expanding expertise in renewable fuels and related markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience related to renewable fuels or relevant sectors.
• Experience in commodities research and analysis is a bonus.
• Knowledge of model building to guide junior consultants.
• Client-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Some experience leading a team.
• Awareness of cultural differences.
• Results driven and willing to go the extra mile.
• Enthusiasm to acquire new skills and knowledge.
• Commercially minded and capable of building collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and actively contribute to the execution of consulting projects, including market analysis and the development of client-ready deliverables.
• Ensure outputs meet Argus’ quality standards with clear direction to the project team.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants and shape their research skills.
• Structure project workflows for efficient delivery and alignment with client timelines.
• Engage directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle and present insights as needed.
• Develop and enhance in-house tools, models and methodologies.
• Collaborate with Argus’ global network of consultants and subject-matter experts.
• Support business development, including proposal preparation and scoping discussions.
• Contribute to presentation materials and, when required, deliver insights at industry events.
• Develop leadership and project management skills and manage a team of junior consultants.
• Develop research and analytical capabilities and sharpen business analysis skills.
• Exposure to senior management in major state-owned and international companies.
