SJ Group is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer, Renewable Energy to lead development, design, and delivery of photovoltaic, wind, and BESS projects. You will support feasibility studies, engineering deliverables, and stakeholder coordination to ensure safe and compliant project execution.

The role requires hands-on technical knowledge, strong project management, and excellent communication. Occasional travel or overseas assignments may be needed as projects progress across regional

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in renewable energy projects.
• Experience in Solar PV, Wind, or BESS projects.
• Knowledge of grid connection requirements and industry standards.
• Hands-on knowledge of software such as PVSyst, HOMER Pro, CAD.
• Strong PM, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally or stay overseas for assignments.

Mansioni

• Support development and execution of renewable energy projects from feasibility to operation.
• Conduct feasibility studies, energy yield analyses, and due diligence for solar, wind, and BESS projects.
• Prepare engineering designs, MFS, reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, utilities, regulators, and clients.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and technical performance.
• Support grid interconnection studies and energy storage integration.
• Monitor commissioning, testing, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to proposals, tenders, and business development.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
