Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore invites applications for a Senior Officer, Relationship Officer in the Emerging Affluent Client Group on a contract basis. The role is onsite in the Central Region (City Area) and supports Sales Team with account opening processing, KYC screening, governance, and daily servicing.

You will perform data entry, reporting, and status checks for accounts and cards, assist with CASA KYC Name Screening and World Check, and handle ad-hoc tasks such as stationeries

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma with min 1 year of relevant banking experience.
• Open to contract role.
• Experience in KYC screening and governance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and data entry for account opening for Sales Team.
• Support CASA KYC Name Screening and World Check including Governance & Control, AML and KRCSA checks.
• Provide sales reporting and tracking support in a timely manner.
• Check and update Account and Card status for Sales team submissions.
• Daily processing of account opening, servicing transactions, and related tasks.
