Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Workplace Banking Relationship Manager to onboard corporate employees into Workplace Banking and cross-sell products. This on-site role focuses on payroll accounts, client relationships, and delivering tailored banking packages at workplaces.

You will drive AUM growth from corporate clients, collaborate with product and marketing teams, and maintain high standards of service and compliance while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or sales-related role.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Able to work under target-driven environment.
• Experience in corporate banking or payroll accounts is a plus.
• B2B sales and client relationship management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard assigned or sourced companies into Workplace Banking.
• Drive profitable AUM growth from corporate clients and cross-sell bank products.
• Collaborate with Corporate RMs to present Workplace Banking value propositions to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Value Proposition and Marketing teams to design package offerings for companies.
• Support Workplace Banking events with product and sales teams to maximize cross-selling.
