Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager / Assistant Coverage Banker to support client coverage and growth across fund sponsors and investors in real assets sectors.

You will assist in credit applications, financial analysis, and collaboration with product partners to deliver cash management, treasury, and syndicated lending solutions, while ensuring seamless onboarding and KYC.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• Experience in Corporate/Commercial Banking, Fund Finance, Real Estate Finance, Infrastructure Finance, or similar roles.
• Strong credit, financial analysis and writing skills.
• Good understanding of lending, Global Markets, Treasury Solutions, and Capital Markets.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and team player.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Relationship Managers in managing and growing a portfolio in Singapore and the region.
• Prepare credit applications, annual reviews, and other credit submissions with financial analysis.
• Collaborate with product partners to deliver banking solutions (cash management, treasury, syndicated lending).
• Manage client onboarding, KYC reviews, AML due diligence and ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate with Credit Risk, Legal, Operations, Loan Agency, Credit Administration, and Product teams.
• Oversee documentation and operations of banking facilities and products.
