Job summary

RBC in Hong Kong seeks a Relationship Manager to build and maintain long-term client relationships, drawing on a strong network. You will deliver investment solutions in line with legal and compliance requirements, and act as the bank's brand ambassador to clients.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years advising High Net Worth clients, a proven acquisition record, deep wealth management knowledge, and strong communication and risk skills. English and local language fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience advising High Net Worth clients.
• Proven acquisition track record and strong investment product knowledge.
• Outstanding relationship management with analytical, risk, marketing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and local language as required.
• CACS Paper 1 and 2 certification.

Responsibilities

• Providing advice and investment solutions according to relevant legal and compliance requirements and sales efficiency standards and client profiling needs
• Be the brand ambassador for the bank to the clients
• Ensure and abide by the relevant KYC, Due Diligence, AML and Cross border activities and compliance to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
• Follow and adhere to the bank’s code of ethics and the Cross Border regulations
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects and client related matters
• Deputizing other RMs on ad-hoc basis (if necessary)
