Role Description

The Senior Relationship Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients by providing holistic financial advisory services, including needs analysis, solution recommendations, and regular portfolio reviews. The Senior Relationship Manager will build long-term relationships, conduct client meetings, and ensure consistent, compliant documentation and follow-up. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to leverage tools, technology, and product expertise to deliver tailored solutions and high-quality service. The Senior Relationship Manager will also monitor market developments, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to team initiatives that support Synergy’s vision and mission.

Qualifications

• Client relationship and advisory skills, including strong interpersonal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
• Financial planning and analysis capabilities, such as understanding of wealth management, insurance, investment products, and holistic financial needs assessment.
• Sales and business development skills, including opportunity identification, pipeline management, negotiation, and achieving growth and retention targets.
• Compliance and risk management awareness, with knowledge of regulatory requirements in Singapore and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
• Technology and data literacy, including comfort with digital advisory tools, CRM systems, and secure handling of client information.

• Relevant academic background, such as a diploma or degree in finance, business, economics, or related fields, and industry-recognized certifications where applicable.
