Role Description

The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial objectives, presenting suitable investment and protection solutions, and supporting them throughout the decision-making process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Sales Associate will collaborate with financial consultants to support sales campaigns, attend training sessions, and stay updated on product offerings and market trends. The role also includes meeting sales targets, ensuring high standards of client service, and representing the company professionally at events and outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a professional, service-oriented mindset.
• Sales and negotiation capabilities, with the ability to manage leads, present solutions confidently, and work toward defined targets.
• Basic financial literacy and interest in investment and protection products; prior exposure to financial services is beneficial.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client engagements, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Comfort working in an on-site, team-based environment in Singapore, with a collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency with common office software and CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience in sales or customer-facing roles will be considered.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are an advantage for engaging a diverse client base.
