Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Malaysia Market within Global Private Banking. You will lead and grow relationships with high net worth clients, offering full-service banking and opportunities across HSBC’s private banking products.

You will drive revenue, perform market development for Indonesia, and collaborate with platform management to resolve issues and enhance service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, acquire and grow profitable long-term relationships with high net worth clients; provide full-service banking and transactions.
• Drive revenue targets through product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment.
• Provide marketing and business development activities covering the Indonesian market with company services.
• Establish new relationships and manage existing to generate new assets under management and gross revenue.
• Cooperate with platform manager to clear pending items, improve quality and resolve problems.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager (Malaysia Market) - Global Private Banking.

In this role you will need:

• Responsible for leading, acquiring and growing profitable long-term relationships with high net worth individual clients, establishing a holistic understanding of clients' needs, and providing full-service banking and all transactions for the ultra/high net worth clients through the marketing of all appropriate company services
• Drive achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment
• To provide full service banking and all transactions to high net worth individual clients by the extension of credit and the marketing of company services
• To provide marketing and business development activities covering the Indonesian market, using the full range of company products and services
• To establish new relationships and manage existing relationship in order to generate newAssetunder Managementand Gross Revenue
• To cooperate with platform manager to clear pending items, improve quality and resolve problems

To be successful you will need:
