Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is required.
• MS in a technical area or MBA is preferred.
• A Ph.D. in a technical area or law is helpful.
• Certification such as RAC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and SOPs.
• Track regulatory changes and industry trends for impact assessments.
• Lead development of regulatory strategies for new products and market entries.
• Collaborate with R&D, commercial, QA, and supply chain to address regulatory hurdles.
• Execute regulatory tasks and manage key projects to support AN strategy.
• Assist in regulatory SOP development and process optimization.
• Review scientific documentation and regulatory submissions as needed.
