Job summary

Etiqa Insurance Singapore is seeking a dynamic Regulatory Compliance Lead to support the Head of Compliance in maintaining a robust regulatory framework and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to manage regulatory change and strengthen governance and privacy practices.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, governance or audit within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess regulatory developments and coordinate implementation of regulatory changes across the organisation.
• Maintain oversight of regulatory obligations and support compliance monitoring activities.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions, notifications, inspections and regulatory engagements.
• Manage regulatory issues, compliance incidents and remediation activities.
• Provide practical, risk-based compliance advice to business and support functions.
• Support the Company's privacy and data protection framework, including PDPA-related matters.
• Prepare compliance reports and papers for Management, Board Committees and the Board.
