Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in a related field preferred.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment subsystems and processing.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 0–25% for field work.

Responsibilities

• Provide reactive and proactive technical support for customers with machine and process troubleshooting.
• Coordinate hot issues with regional product support and service managers.
• Act as high-level technical resource for applications, sales, field service and customers.
• Design and conduct complex experiments to obtain new information.
• Coordinate and qualify customer trials and JDPs.
• Prepare detailed scientific reports and proposals.
