Job summary

Mondrian Alpha, partnering with a leading global investment firm, seeks an experienced Reference Data Operations Analyst in Singapore to own and improve critical reference data quality, especially instrument and security master data.

The role requires 5–12 years in a sophisticated financial environment, hands-on reference data experience, and strong knowledge of equities, futures and options. You will collaborate with technology to resolve complex data issues and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5 to 12 years of experience in a bank, asset manager, hedge fund, or trading firm.
• Hands-on experience with Reference Data, Security Master or Instrument Master.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, particularly equities, futures and options.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation and quality of critical reference data, focusing on instrument and security master data.
• Investigate data-quality and production issues, identify root causes and implement controls.
• Work across equities, futures, options and other datasets with external partners.
