Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 8+ years of experience building large-scale frontend systems (web and mobile).
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, React Native, Redux/Zustand, Next.js, Expo/Metro bundler.
• Experience designing scalable frontend architectures with offline support and mobile-web integration.
• Ability to establish frontend coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and design system governance.

Responsibilities

• Frontend Architecture: Design and review scalable frontend systems across web and mobile platforms.
• Technical Leadership: Guide multiple teams through architectural decisions, design reviews, and technology evaluations.
• Business Alignment: Translate product goals into scalable frontend architectures that support long-term growth.
• Reusable Components & Design Systems: Build reusable UI components and design systems to promote efficiency and quality across teams.
• Process Innovation: Define and enforce engineering standards, tooling, and best practices in performance monitoring, test automation, CI/CD, accessibility, and cross-platform deployment.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor engineers, lead knowledge sharing initiatives, and cultivate a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
