Job summary

SOITEC MICROELECTRONICS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a process engineer to drive parameter setup, DoE studies, and efficiency improvements across 300mm furnace operations.

You will analyze data, resolve line issues, and document procedures to ensure safe, compliant, and productive manufacturing flows. Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience or Diploma in Engineering with 5+ years.
• Hands-on experience with 300mm vertical furnaces, TEL/KE platforms.
• Foundational knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process flows.
• Proficiency with SPC, FMEA, OCAP/RM and FDC.
• Strong critical thinking and data analytics skills.
• Proficiency in SiView, Klarity, JMP and E3 is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Propose initial process parameter settings and verify process recipes; coordinate evaluation and confirm final settings.
• Own processes and sustain operational efficiency; perform DoE to improve yield and WPH; analyze data and implement actions.
• Investigate and analyze root causes of process problems; implement corrective actions and preventive solutions.
• Write, review, and analyze shift-related reports and documentation.
• Prepare specifications, workflow, quality and safety documentation; monitor current procedures and propose improvements.
• Monitor and optimize costs; collaborate with departments on cost efficiency activities.
• Lead or participate in process improvement projects and coordinate evaluations.
• Train and develop subordinates; provide technical guidance and motivation.
• Analyze trends to propose quality improvements and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
