Soitec in Singapore seeks a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing parameters and drive process improvements. You will own process settings, validate recipes, and coordinate DoE activities to boost yield and WPH. Strong data analysis and SPC/FMEA knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain efficient production and quality compliance.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience (or Diploma with 5+ years).
• Hands-on experience with 300mm vertical furnaces, TEL/KE platforms.
• Foundational knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing workflows.
• Experience with SPC, FMEA, OCAP/RM, FDC is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Propose process parameter settings and verify production recipes.
• Coordinate DoE activities to improve yield and line efficiency.
• Analyze data to interpret DoE results and implement actions.
• Prepare reports and maintain shift documentation for traceability.
