Job summary

Raffles Hospital in Singapore is seeking a Diagnostic Radiographer to produce optimal diagnostic images while upholding radiation safety, patient modesty, and clinical needs. You will assist Radiologists and surgeons in fluoroscopy, angiography, and related areas, prepare equipment, and maintain strict infection control.

A recognised degree or diploma with registration from Allied Health Professions Council is required, with at least one year of relevant experience; ultrasound, mammography,

Qualifications

• Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council.
• Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in ultrasound, mammography, angiography, MRI or CT is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce optimal diagnostic images with due regard to radiation safety, patient care, modesty, safety and clinical needs.
• Ensure the correct patient and area of interest is imaged accordingly.
• Assist the Radiologist, clinicians and surgeons in fluoroscopic examination, angiography room and operation room etc.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are prepared prior to procedure.
• Adhere to infection control guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council

Candidate with experience in Ultrasound, Mammography, Angiography, MRI and/or CT will be an advantage
