Job summary

UTAC in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive to support the Corporate R&D function with management reporting, KPI administration, planning, financial coordination, grants administration, and operational support. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure timely reporting and effective coordination of R&D activities.

You will contribute to process improvements through digitalisation and automation, maintain trackers and audit trails, and prepare leadership materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, planning, PMO, or R&D administration.
• Experience supporting management reporting, KPI tracking, budgeting, forecasting, or business performance monitoring.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.
• Experience in grants administration or government funding programs is a plus.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, technology, engineering, or R&D industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate R&D management reports, project updates, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and maintenance of financial trackers.
• Assist in grants administration, government funding submissions, surveys, and tax incentive claims.
• Coordinate information across Corporate R&D, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Support R&D operational activities, including reporting calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense claims.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, documentation, and audit trails.
• Drive process improvement and digitalisation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Prepare management presentations and materials for leadership review.
