Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience.
• Big 4 or MNC corporate experience advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and business partnering abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement across regions.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP, Cognos or similar financial reporting systems advantageous.
• Mandarin-speaking liaison with stakeholders where required.

Responsibilities

• Review Corporate actuals, budgets, monthly rolling forecasts and variance analysis against actuals, budgets and forecasts.
• Support in financial data requests from business partners.
• Review month-end closing Management P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow for accuracy.
• Work closely with Site Finance teams to ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Prepare and analyse Group/Sites' budgets, monthly rolling forecasts and variance analysis with commentary on variances and trends.
• Support preparation of presentations, commentaries and documents for Senior Management and Board meetings.
• Drive continuous improvements and automation of reporting and financial processes.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting, analytical support and other assignments as required.
