Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with strong design experience.
• Proficiency in CAD tools, particularly SolidWorks, and familiarity with GD&T.
• Experience in FMEA, design for manufacturability, and robust electro-mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of plastics molding, sheetmetal stamping, machining or extrusion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in conceptual and detailed design of mechanical parts and subsystems.
• Perform structural, thermal, and design validation analyses to meet specs and cost targets.
• Coordinate fabrication, assembly and prototype validation to ensure requirements are met.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams and suppliers across the product lifecycle.
