Job summary

Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd / Wee Poh Construction Co. (Pte) Ltd is seeking Quantity Surveyors to support our tendering team and project execution.

The candidate will assist in preparing tender documents, pricing, submissions and/or provide QS support for building works projects. You will conduct take-offs and quantity calculations, support tender coordination and submission, and provide QS support for projects (cost control, variations, claims).

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of QS experience in tendering or project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and QS principles.
• Proficient in QS software (e.g. Glodon, Bluebeam).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tender preparation (BOQs, pricing, tender reports).
• Conduct take-offs and quantity calculations.
• Support tender coordination and submission.
• Provide QS support for projects (cost control, variations, claims).
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop QS skills in tendering and project management.
