Job summary

wee poh construction co. (pte.) ltd. is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor Leader to head tender teams for building works projects, providing QS inputs, pricing, and submissions.

You will manage and grow the QS team from junior to senior levels, oversee cost control, variations, and claims, and coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure tender accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 10+ years of QS experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in tender management and project QS.
• Strong knowledge of building works, contracts, and pricing.
• Experience with Public and Private Residential Housing, Institutional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender teams for building works projects (QS inputs, pricing, submission).
• Manage and develop QS team (Junior to Senior levels).
• Oversee QS activities in projects (cost control, variations, claims).
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure tender submissions and project QS work are accurate and compliant.
