Landscape Engineering Pte Ltd seeks an experienced professional to manage material takeoff, cost estimation, tender submissions, and contractual matters for civil, electrical, mechanical, and landscaping projects in Singapore.

You will ensure accurate project costing, maintain compliance with contractual requirements, and coordinate with relevant parties to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation for civil, electrical, mechanical, and landscaping projects.
• Familiarity with PSOR and PSSCOC standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed material takeoff and cost estimation for multi-discipline projects.
• Prepare tender submissions to secure contracts.
• Manage progress payment claims and contractual matters.
• Coordinate documentation with parties and authorities.
• Collaborate as independent contributor and team player.
• Support project objectives with ad hoc duties.
