Job summary

NEW VISTA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified quantity take-off professional with strong vendor liaison skills to support tendering and project execution in Singapore.

The role requires knowledge of Singapore tendering processes, contract terms, and local electrical and telecommunications standards, with readiness to travel to project sites when needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and BIM software is essential for bid preparation and coordination.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in taking off quantity and liaising with vendors/suppliers.
• Knowledge of Singapore tendering process and contract terms.
• Knowledge of Singapore Electrical installation standards & compliances.
• Knowledge of Singapore Telecommunications standards & compliances.
• Strong team bonding, and able to work independantly.
• Will be deploy to project sites, if necessary.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office, ACAD, BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and verify measurements for project bids.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers to obtain quotes and clarifications.
• Assist on-site deployment and monitoring when required.
