Job summary

COENS ENERGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Commercial professional to join our project team in Singapore.

You will manage pre- and post-contract commercial activities, including tendering, cost control, procurement, and final accounts, ensuring alignment with project budgets. The role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience in large-scale projects, strong contract administration, and excellent stakeholder communication to support project delivery and commercial

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Around 4-6 years of relevant Quantity Surveying / Commercial experience.
• Experience on large-scale or high-value construction projects.
• Familiarity with industry standard forms of contract and cost management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-contract activities for assigned projects.
• Prepare tender documentation, cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bid submissions.
• Review project specifications, drawings, scope of works, and commercial requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure stakeholders understand and comply with contractual requirements.
