Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' QS experience in the construction industry.
• At least 2 years in pre-cast or structural concrete work.
• Familiarity with pre-cast production and delivery logistics.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and subcontracts.
• Monitor actual costs against budgets.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and attend project review meetings.
