Job summary

AECOM Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage pre and post contract activities across diverse projects. You will liaise with clients, architects and consultants to interpret drawings, calculate costs and prepare tender and contract documentation.

The role requires a degree in Building/Quantity Surveying and a minimum of eight years' experience in consultancy, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to handle demanding project environments in a dynamic global

Qualifications

• Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Experience in pre and post contract in consultancy environment is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish client requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
• Attend onsite meetings and liaise with clients, architects and associate consultants.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to calculate project costs and prepare contracts.
• Measure quantities for architectural and structural work elements and prepare cost plans.
• Administer pre and post contract and consultancy work.
• Assess variations, prepare interim valuations and budgets.
• Coordinate contract documents and ensure adherence to building regulations.
• Value completed work and manage payments to subcontractors.
