Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for a Quantity Surveyor. This role involves preparing cost comparisons, negotiating with suppliers, and managing quantities. Candidates should have a Degree or Diploma in Building, with 3+ years of experience in main contractors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3 years and above experience as QS in main-con companies.
• Proven ability in contract negotiation and administration.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost comparison.
• Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off.
