Job summary

Singapore Land Authority (SLA) is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a project team working on large scale commercial and integrated developments and major A&A works.

You will lead cost management, prepare cost estimates across project stages, and oversee procurement, tendering, and contract administration. The role requires strong numeracy, good communication, and experience with government budgeting and cost analysis.

Qualifications

• Background in Building/Quantity Surveying or equivalent (recognised by SISV).
• At least 10 years of relevant pre/post-contract experience in consultancy or main contractor environments.
• Familiarity with BCA’s QFM and PQM frameworks and Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management and pre-/post-contract QS duties including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, and final accounts.
• Develop/review cost estimates from feasibility to design development and construction.
• Administer contracts, collect and analyse cost data for informed financial decisions.
• Manage construction procurement and contract processes, including tender documentation and contract administration.
• Coordinate tender processes with stakeholders and review variation costs and monthly financial reports.
