Job summary

The Public Service Division is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management across large-scale commercial, integrated development and A&A projects. You will manage pre- and post-contract activities, prepare cost estimates, and oversee tendering and contract administration.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in buildings/quantity surveying, proficiency in MS Office and cost-management tools, and a strong ability to analyse cost data and produce reliable budgets aligned with

Qualifications

• Background and qualification in Building / Quantity Surveying (SISV recognised)
• At least 10 years of relevant pre- and post-contract experience in consultancy or main contractor environments
• Experience in large-scale integrated and mixed-use developments is a plus
• Proficient with MS Office and cost management programs

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management and pre-/post-contract QS duties including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, cashflow forecast, contract administration and final accounts
• Develop/review cost estimates from feasibility to design development and construction
• Analyse project cost and financial data for budget control
• Manage procurement and contract processes, including tendering and contract administration
• Coordinate tender processes with stakeholders and review variation costs and final accounts
