Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a QS in Civil Structure projects.
• Prior experience working with main Contractors is an advantage.
• Experienced QS with a strong background in Civil & Structural trades.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents and identify project scope and technical requirements.
• Source and evaluate quotations according to project specifications.
• Manage tender queries and clarifications with vendors and clients.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for tender submissions.
• Review contract terms and conditions with clients and vendors.
• Prepare presentation slides and technical proposals for client meetings.
