Job summary

LKT Contractors Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Procurement/Tender Administrator to support RFQ and open tender activities in Singapore.

You will measure quantities for claims and final accounts, assist in procuring subcontractors and materials, and maintain robust site documentation to support variation orders and EOT claims. You will participate in technical meetings, provide cost escalation alerts, and coordinate RFQ stage queries between tenderers and the construction team, contributing to smooth

Responsibilities

• Liaise with construction team to prepare document for Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Open Tender
• Ensure accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts;
• Assist in maintaining good documentation of events at site for variation order / EOT claims;
• Assist in the procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers of specified materials;
• Attend technical meetings to keep abreast of design development issues and provide cost escalation alerts;
• Source potential tenderers/subcontractors and send out invitation for RFQs
• Coordinate queries and clarifications between tenderers and construction team during RFQ stage
• Assist contracts team in administration of subcontracts
